The ideal candidate should have experience in competitive swimming and be willing to work well and closely with existing staff to develop superior skills, technique, and race strategies with both our current and prospective swimmers. Combination or elements of swim lesson, teaching, triathlon, or track/cross country backgrounds also considered. Ability to communicate effectively with children is necessary for a successful experience.
