Check our your club's CLUB
PORTAL on the USA Swimming web site.
Every USA Swimming club has it's own website within the USA Swimming
web site. The portal web site can direct you back to your club's full
web site, provide basic information about your club and is the most
convenient tie into looking up times in the SWIMS Times
Database. Click on "Meet Results" on your club's portal to
see a list of all meets loaded into SWIMS and the times for those meets.
Officially recognized USA Swimming times must come from meets that are Sanctioned, Approved or Observed to insure that USA Swimming rules have been used and observation of the
rules is made by USA Swimming Certified Officials (USA
Swimming Rulebook, 102.16.4). The definition of Sanctioned,
Approved and Observed is in Section 202 of the Rulebook.
NTV Chair, Suzanne Heath, has prepared information on Using High School
Times (PDF) and a manual for Meet Observation
(PDF). |

Find a Time

USA Swimming is now collecting every time swum in a sanctioned USA Swimming meet. It is the responsibility of the Local Swim Committee (LSC) National Times Verification personnel to submit all times to the SWIMS database system.
You have the option of searching the SWIMS system by either:
Individual Event Rank This will list one swimmer's rank within the event
Individual Times This will show a swimmer all of his/her times
Event Rank This will list all swimmers ranked within an event

Are you up to the Challenge?
The IMX Challenge is a motivational program whereby
swimmers will be scored and ranked nationally on their performance in a
combination of five or six events. The purpose of the program is to
promote versatility in age group swimming while advocating greater
participation and development across a range of events that are
integral to long term success in swimming. More

Club Recognition Program

The Club Recognition Program offers our club members a working blueprint for developing strong, stable, financially sound and athletically productive organizations.
Designed over a two year period by USA Swimming's Club Development Committee, this voluntary program presents four levels of achievement across four component areas deemed critical to long-term club success. The program encourages clubs to establish organizational goals and to benchmark their progress toward those goals. The ultimate objective of the program is to strengthen the club system in USA Swimming by guiding clubs through a development process that ultimately positions the program and its coaches to better serve athletes.
The Club Development Committee looked at many different factors that helped create "great" clubs. The committee grouped all of the factors into four major component areas:
• Business & Organizational Success
• Parent & Volunteer Development
•
Coach Development & Education
• Athlete Development & Performance
